The Green Room Gardens is a fully furnished, self catering studio apartment in Gardens, Cape Town. It is available for short lets from 3 days to 3 months (depending on the season).
The open-plan, non-smoking apartment has a kitchen with breakfast nook, a living room area with flat-screen TV, entertainment centre with DVD/CD and iPod docking station, bedroom area with double bed and dresser, walk-in closet area, separate bathroom with spacious shower, as well as optional undercover or roof-top parking and 24-hour security.
Three elevators give quick access to all of the amenities of the Gardens Shopping Centre, including restaurants, high-end shops, supermarkets, internet café, laundry, forex & banks, pharmacy, doctor & dentist, travel agents, hair & beauty salons and more.
Taxis are available from right outside the centre doors, though the centre is within walking distance of Cape Town's many museums, Company Gardens, the famous Kloof and Long Streets, etc.
There is also a MyCiTi bus station right outside the building, with buses departing for the Civic Centre and Cape Town Train Station, the V & A Waterfront, Long Street, Green Point, etc.
The airport is a mere 16 - 19 kilometres away (depending on where you start measuring!), with beaches close by and the city on your doorstep.
